INTRODUCING...

IT'S HERE!

Inspired by the  local beautiful Leland Blue Stone, SweetGeorgia Yarns has created an EXCLUSIVE COLORWAY that you can only find at Wool & Honey!

We commissioned Felicia Lo of SweetGeorgia to create this colorway specifically for the Greater Traverse Yarn Shop Hop 2013...and it exceeds our wildest expectations.

The array of blues and greens found in this stone are depicted throughout Leelanau County in its surreal lakes, beaches and trees.  Create unique knitwear that will remind you of the most beautiful place in America!

Tough Love Sock is SweetGeorgia's best-selling yarn and knits up beautifully into fine-gauge sweaters, small shawls, as well as socks! A perfect blend of warmth and strength to make a hardwearing sock yarn that can stand up to your affection and abuse.

Anyone who pre-ordered this luscious yarn, it's here and ready for pickup any time this weekend.  Those of you who ordered your yarn to be shipped, the orders will go out in the mail early next week.

Still intrigued but didn't reserve a skein of your own?  We ordered quite a bit for the weekend, but don't wait...it's even more beautiful in person and we don't expect it to last!

Who says jewelry is just for wearing?  What about jewelry for your knitting?  These unique Leland Blue stitch markers first made their debut at the shop during the summer of 2009.  Every single pair is as unique and varied as the stones themselves; our Leland Blue stitch markers are quite possibly the prettiest things we've ever seen.  Ultra local, there is a
very limited supply of these stones--we had Liz sale, our jeweler neighbor extraordinaire, make several pairs just for this weekend's event.
