Transition to Implementation

 In mid-January, a team of individuals from our region represented the GroWNC project at the Sustainable Communities Leadership Academy: Transition to Implementation, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Land of Sky Regional Council applied for and received a scholarship to sponsor our participation in the Leadership Academy.  The Leadership Academy should help our region be well-positioned to begin implementing the strategies identified through GroWNC.  For more information about GroWNC, please visit www.gro-wnc.org.  Utah street scene
Webinar:  Small Town Economic Development

On Wednesday, February 5, Land of Sky Regional Council will host a webinar on Small Town Economic Development from 2:00 - 3:15pm.
