The truth about this book is that, like blogging and writing my newsletters...I love to write about what I'm feeling and hope is valuable as a shared experience with others.

That is how this book came to be.  I met Matthew online after years of being unsuccessful at internet dating and then finally...it all just came to me...and I cracked the code and boom...love comes a walkin' right at me.

I think the two most surprising things were a)I had a hard time giving up dating after I met Matthew because it had become so much fun.  And 2) Matthew was nothing like I thought I was looking for.  It was the dismantling of my Disney idea of love that changed everything!

And so I started sharing my ideas about dating, specifically internet dating with folks...then started coaching ladies on on it... then I realized I should just share my thoughts like I do on my blogs or newsletters.


And that is what we have here.  It's really about understanding yourself first, then about dating...and I have been told it's a great read even if you aren't looking--because it's full of my stories of being online for 10 years...which is....hilarious.

So that's my big news.
