Greetings! How did your Beltane fires burn yesterday everyone? Bright I hope. I know those of us on the Pacific Northwest were blessed with exactly the kind of weather fitting May Day. Sunshine and sweet breeze and blue skies.
But I'm guessing this last month hasn't exactly felt like a world saturated in roses. And no, I'm not talking about the weather.
Has life been more like a Roller Coaster? And right when your equilibrium feels set the seat falls from below you and you are in motion in a different direction.
I thought it was just me. Move=Change=every chance in the world for chaos...but no, I'm hearing if from you as well.
I don't ride amusement park rides but if I did I think those that look like they are having the most fun have huge smiles on their faces and their hands fearlessly in the air.
So how can we take all this uncertainty and chaos, and shifting and change and slap big 'ol smiles on our faces and slowly (at our own comfort level of course) raise our hands above our heads and just enjoy the ride?
When you figure that out, let me know.
I'm just kidding...we breathe. A lot. And find activities that ground us...and keep going. And always always always focus on what you want, and not what you don't want.
And now I'm a broken record, but I needed to hear it...so I'm guessing you did too!
Onto other subjects...it seems that Wednesday has not be a good time for you. And I apologize, it seemed like Wednesday's were always my busiest day.
So...I will be in Seattle every 3rd Saturday for a class. My new day to lay hands on you lovelies is the third Sunday of each month.
Repeat. I am here ONE day a MONTH. 3RD SUNDAYS. If I book up I will schedule time on Saturday after my class as well...but that's only overflow.
I would love to see you. I would love to hear how your life is progressing. I would love to assist energetically in any way I am able.
Please call 360.594.7501 or email healing@elishaweinberg.com to schedule. You can text as well, but please tell me who it is if we don't already text...I may be intuitive but I'm not that good :)
May the fires of the summer rise in you and your deep lessons from the winter integrate into each fiber of your being with ease and grace.
In love and light!

I know I keep changing my schedule, it's one of those roller coaster things I was talking about. But hopefully this will be easier for you and less frustrating for me.
Please let me know if you would like a treatment on Sunday May 19.
I won't be back to Seattle for appointments until Sunday June 15.
But you can always come up to Bellingham...

 Space for Meditation abounds
I would not call myself an excellent meditate-er. I can teach you to do it. But me, I have a brain that loves to roam the great expanses of my universe.
So when I say that I have been called to sit lately, and not visualize, not fantasize, but just sit....I can hardly believe it.
If there is energy for ME to sit...then my beautiful friends, there is definitely energy for you!
Here's a beginning meditation I learned 20 years ago that I have been coming back to.
Sit comfortably either on the floor or in a chair. Have good posture that is the balance between sinking into the floor and rising up to the ceiling.
Pay attention to your breath.
That's it. Scouts honor. It sounds so freaking boring, but try it. Just sit.
Don't try to change your breath in any way, just sit, breathe and notice your breath. Notice it hitting your upper lip. Notice the temperature of your breath. Notice where you breathe from. Notice what your body feels like when you breathe. Just notice, don't judge or change.
I sat down to do this and my knees got sore, and I thought...man I'm a lightweight...and only after I checked did I realize it had been 45 minutes! I thought it was 10!
Again I say, if I can do this...trust me, you can do this. Not on a pot of coffee or black tea...but try before bed and see what happens!
Happy Sitting! May your 45 minutes feel like 10!
