Aries New Moon/Spring Equinox 2012

Greetings!
Have you ever had this feeling like everything was going wrong? Like whatever you tried didn't work? And while things were clearly working, you just didn't feel like they were?
Did you feel stuck? Like you didn't know where to turn? Like you wished there was someone who could see this invisible stopping block and simply make it go away, help you realign and take that first deep breath of knowing it was all ok?
Well that was me. And now, THIS IS ME.
There are big changes happening if you pay attention. New possibilities. Old wounds that never seemed to disappear, are not just being covered over, but released in a deep and real way.
Can you feel it? Can you even get a sense of that?
There are changes my sweet friends, changes that neither of us could have predicted. And they are swooping in like Eagles and removing the heaviness that we might have not even known was there.
Now, this all may sound very cryptic. Or maybe you are thinking that I'm making sense and putting words to something you were only beginning to feel.
Change began it's tidal wave motion with the rise of the Dragon in February and this month, well this month she tests our commitment to our work.
Are you looking for shift?
Can you sense it near but want assistance getting there?
I make shift happen.
That's right. It's funny and true.
I had my own huge transformation this month and my purpose and work became even clearer than before. One more step on my evolutionary path.
My business is changing. My work is shifting. My shamanic acupuncture has again been given a vibratory shove and has reached levels I didn't even know I was aiming for.
What does this mean for you?
It means lucky you. How many people do you know that claim to make shift happen? (I know, I chuckle every time too.)

But...in this newsletter I want to tell you about the new Spring Equinox treatment that dropped in yesterday! Hot off the Energy Presses!
Also, I want to tell you about the meditation I've been doing this week that is blowing my mind, and relaxing me and energizing me beyond belief.
Cryptic? Maybe a little....Keep 'em guessing right?

Be in Tune with the Season
| | If you only have 4 treatments a year...This should definitely be one of them!
OK. I had my first patient in that wanted a seasonal tune-up, and I was at her feet and saw the most amazing sight.
Spring is the season where we drop our roots, and then gather the necessary energy to push up and up and up, becoming the thing we are destined to become.
How Delicious!
So the treatment has two different functions. It roots you from your Hara, or lower belly...and then it opens up the gates with a 5 pointed star to access all the energy around you for supreme transformation.
Now, every year before I have seen the need to open and move the Liver Channel Energy. This is the channel that is active during Spring. But what I saw in my pre-treatment meditation was that because the patient had been doing her work, what she needed was more energetic space to evolve into....not to have it moved.
I must say...I was awed.
Anytime in the next month this treatment is available upon request. I truly recommend it with all the shifting that is possible...be in alignment and watch how easy it is to change.
How do you know if you are doing your work? Leave that to me....I will know in the meditation which session you need.

Do you have Pain? Would you like it GONE?

I mean really really gone?
As many of you know, I have always treated pain. It was never what I loved doing, but it was what you needed. I didn't love it because I didn't feel fully competent in it.
HOLD THE PRESSES.
I do now.
I have learned a new technique that is literally blowing my mind. Pain is there. Then it's gone. AND I LOVE TREATING PAIN NOW!
How? I'll explain in person as you stare at me and say, "How did you do this?" Which you will, because that's what everyone is saying.
I was looking for a name for this clinic, something fun and light and I decided in the end...I treat pain. So it's a Pain Clinic. Simple. Done. Why run from what's easy Elisha?
Here is the skinny.
It's a community clinic schedule, so there can be up to 3 other people in the room with you. It's comfortable. It's totally relaxing. And in the end, your pain is gone.
These treatments are 3x a week for 2-3 weeks. Then 2x week for a week or two until the pain is gone for good. That's it. You do have to commit to front loading the appointments or it won't work. I have experimented and this is now my gospel.
And the price is right!
First visit: $50
1-2 treatments a week: $40/treatment
3+ treatments a week: $35/treatment
This is cash only. I am not accepting insurance in this clinic.
I have extended hours on Monday especially for the pain clinic as well...see the website for hours.
Trust me. This works. And when I say works...I mean...it really works.

Spring Meditation and Visualization

You can do this anywhere...
This meditation came to me while I was sitting, and I've been suggesting it with patients for their visualization and it seems to be as amazing for them as it for me.
Here goes:
Visualize a tree in the center of your heart. It doesn't matter what kind of tree, in fact, it's kind of fun to watch it grow and find out what kind of tree it is...
The tree begins very small...and with each breath, allow the tree to grow. First it can grow up your neck and out your head, then across your shoulders and down your arms. Then it can travel into your lungs and merge and mesh with every fiber of your being and breath. Then down into your pelvis and hips and then down your legs and feet and into the earth.
Keep revisiting your tree and helping it grow and root and bloom. This morning I found I was growing a weeping willow and I started moving and swaying with the wind blowing outside and I felt so light and free...and all my neck and shoulder tension just drained away.
So I do believe there is healing we can receive from these beautiful trees inside us!

The Color Run 5K...less about running
| | Who doesn't want paint thrown on them in every color of the rainbow?
This May I'm doing a really fun race called the color run. It's in the city, and basically you show up in white clothing and run with your friends (or walk) and pass color spots and have paint thrown all over you.
Does that sound fun to you? How could it not?
I have never heard of this before, so I thought I should share...in case you feel like that would be a fun thing for you and your friends or family!

That was a lot.
From my new awesome tag line...I make shift happen. C'mon. That is hilarious and awesomely true. To my newly inspired spring equinox treatment that pretty much rules.
Next I unleash the fact that I can totally eradicate your pain. Boom. Gone.
Onto the coolest meditation and visualization I have seen as of late. And finish with the upcoming honor of having every color of the rainbow thrown all over you. If I didn't know better, I would say I need to stick to one direction and conserve my energy...
But all I can say is...All of these things are the same direction and they are all feeding me! And as such, I hope they feed you as well!
