I posted on facebook yesterday that I felt like I was Gandhi on Speed.
I stand by that today. And I tell you what...I am LOVING this dragon energy. It is such a change from the deep interpersonal space that I found my self residing in last year.
Do you feel that?
Someone said yesterday that things just felt like they were moving too fast...and I could see them energetically like they were caught in a wave just being tumbled about.
We did some work teaching them how to "energetically" body surf. Pulled their energy out of the tumultuous waves and sat them on top where you can enjoy the rush, the ride, the motion!
It seems last year my whole world was focused on breath. And this year...I am actually having to remind myself to breathe! Of course, when I practice yoga it reminds my body...that is trick for you as well if you find that you are holding your breath more than usual.
OK, so what's new this month? I attended a workshop for a new style of acupuncture and the results I'm having are out of this world. More on that below. Also going to to go through some inventory, so you can benefit from my actual costs if you want.
I am sending you the abundance of the season, knowing that you feel it as well (even if you don't know it yet) and letting you know if you need some assistance traversing the seemingly bumpy waters...I have some tricks up my sleeves!

It has been years since I have focused on Chinese Medicine. I have been so busy learning more and more esoteric techniques and deepening my intuition.
Well, I just had my Chinese Med bones rocked!
I went to class all last weekend and while there I had my eyes opened to a whole new system that I would call "Miracle" if I thought that was appropriate.
This system is so counter-intutive to me. It's far fewer needles, on the opposite side of the body as the pain...and within seconds your pain is gone. And not just less...but gone. And then you rest with the needles. So we know it's going to work, before you even rest...and you get to rest without pain.
It's amazing.
And it lasts. It holds better and longer for more acute problems, and takes more sessions for chronic stubborn pain...but that makes sense.
Anyway--I'm blown away with the results I'm having.
I want to blow you away too!

So...this new style of acupuncture actually lends itself perfectly to a community acupuncture model. It's less woo-woo, more letting the needles do the talking.
Community Acupuncture is a group environment, where you are seated in chairs versus laying down, and there are others with needles in also.
The benefits of group healing are many. There is a heightened sense of healing when others around you have energy shifting. There is an increased focus on breath (which brings healing) and there is the sense of community which broadens and deepens heart connection.
The other benefit is the cost. Each hour long session will be on a sliding scale from $40-$50. The hope is that if you are coming for pain you will drop-in to 3 or 4 sessions a week so we have better results, and you can keep your costs way down. It's a Win/Win!
My hope is to have at least one happy hour a day for 90 minutes. All you will need to do is call in advance to make sure there is still room and reserve your spot. Then sit, relax, and feel all your pain drain away!
