12th Avenue Arts grand lobby

1620 12th Avenue

A new happy hour will kick off the art walk, starting with the July 9th edition.

The Art Walk is made up of dozens of venues, and has attracted audiences from across the region.  However, there has not been a central gathering place to launch the art walk each month.  Responding to requests for a central venue, there will be a happy hour gathering each month from 5-6pm at 12th Avenue Arts.  The building's grand lobby will provide central venue for artists and arts viewers to gather, with drinks and snacks for sale.

The July Art Walk will include the debut of the first rotating visual art show at 12th Avenue Arts.  Curated by Amanda Manitach, the show will include work by Ben Gannon, Matt Offenbacher, Laura Castellanos and many others.
