Hilloween Sponsorship Opportunities Available

It's that time of year again and Michelle is hard at work on growing Hilloween even bigger this year. Last year we hit 3K+ and this year we're planning to get 5K+ kids and parents to Cal Anderson for the best Halloween Carnival in the city. Following the carnival, trick-or-treaters march up Broadway to collect candy from merchants and a free slice of pizza from Pagliacci's. Help us make the day spooktacular by sponsoring our biggest community event of the year.Hilloween takes place Saturday, October 25th from 12:00 - 3:00PM, with trick-or-treating to follow. Contact Michael to become a sposnsor.

The Seattle Office of Arts & Culture recently received a $50,000 grant from the NEA to create a Cultural Space Toolkit, which will be available to neighborhoods across the city by end of 2014. The grant was one of only 66 the NEA awarded this year. The Cultural Space Toolkit will include programs such as pop-up space activations, wayfinding, parklets, historic markers, pole banners and busking programs that may be applied to neighborhoods as desired by the residents. Word on the street is that Capitol Hill is in the running as the pilot neighborhood.
