Enhanced Marketing for Members via ChamberMaster
Our new ChamberMaster website is fully integrated with our database now and we're offering all members a chance to participate in a pilot marketing program until August 2014. Members now have the opportunity to share events, press releases and more. You can also expand your member profile on the website. All you need to do is login to your member dashboard and complete your profile and start sharing. If you don't know your password or need to add additional employees to your profile, contact Michelle. Check out NestEggs's directory listing below, which is taking advantage of some of the new features. Then go directly to their member profile to see how they've maximized the new SEO-optimized website with photos and a video. All of these features are available to all members until August as a pilot project to assess the value of them. |

Spanish restaurant Chico Madrid is now offering a catering menu. The new menu, inspired by many travels in Spain and a love of the ubiquitous corner sandwhich shops there, features simple but high quality items such as bocadillos (long thin baguette sandwiches), assorted Spanish cheeses, and an assorted house charcuterie. After many requests, Chico Madrid is now eager to bring lunch or dinner (or snacks!) to your office, home, party, event, or your Wednesday afternoon.
The Lyric, located at 215 10th Ave East, has been named the New Development of the Year by the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association (WMFHA) at the annual Emerald Awards. This annual ceremony celebrates the best in multi-family development and operations. Other finalists in the category include Via 6, Stack House and Union at South Lake Union. The Lyric opened in 2012 and the popular building, featuring amazing views and resident amenities, was one of the fastest lease ups in recent Seattle rental history. The Lyric has 234 studio, one and two bedroom apartments. For more information visit us online at www.thelyriccapitolhill.com.

Congratulations to Chamber member Aegis Living for opening their doors to new senior residents. If you haven't taken a tour, you should. This is not your granddaddy's senior housing! They also offer some very informative classes on navigating the senior years. Their latest is a Resource Fair for Seniors this Saturday (March 8) in partnership with another Chamber member: St. Joseph's. More info here.
