Stars on Broadway 2013 Lighting Ceremony

December 13

5:30 PM

Pre-reception for Non-profits and Artists will be at the CHCC Holiday Mixer (4:30 PM)

Each holiday season, the Capitol Hill Chamber of Commerce, working in conjunction with the Sound Transit Art program (STArt), selects 5 Capitol Hill non-profits to honor with a lit star to be hung on the Red Wall (the construction site of the new Sound Transit Capitol Hill station).  A local artist is matched up with the non-profit and they create a beautiful star that will be lit at the ceremony on December 13.  More.

Holiday Happenings Around the Hill

Community Open House for Broadway Streetcar Extension

The Capitol Hill Chamber worked hard to get the City to consider extending the First Hill Streetcar further up to Roy St. and we're very happy to say they are doing just that and they want you to hear all about it.

On the same night as our Holiday Mixer, they will host a community open house.Info on the extension and the open house is here.
