Ahoy Captain
It's spring? Technically yes, but it sure doesn't feel like spring in RI. It's still awfully cold; and Tuesday saw snow.
The weather in RI was to be expected. I took the cover off the Golden Goose (shown above on the left); and it always snows when I take the cover off. Spring will be here shortly. Honest!
Last week I included a video (link below) titled WHY from Simon Sinek. It's had over 9,800,000 views. Many of you listen and responded so I have left the link for those of you who did not have time last week to watch it. Me, I've watched it several times.
H forwarded a Ted article on WHY. If you want to learn more about success, be it personal or business, you will want to watch THIS Ted interview. Rarely, do I link you to a talk, so know it has to be outstanding. This one is outstanding.
The article this week is about who you are. You can be more than one person over this lifetime. Many of us change and alter course during our lifetime. That is OK. Change your course as needed, as appropriate for you.

FEATURED ARTICLE
Who are YOU? You are....
Who are you? Why are you here? What's your purpose?
It's all in your beliefs. When your beliefs change you change.
You can only be what you believe. It's your beliefs that control what you do, what you don't do, and what you succeed at as well as fail at.
If you don't believe, you can't do it.
Belief is the secret sauce of life, of success, and of accomplishment. Belief allows it all to happen, to flow, and to work.
We live our beliefs, knowingly or not. Our belief is our true north, our guiding light, our beacon of knowing and doing.
Our belief is conscious and subconscious. It controls our actions, our being, and our bodies, most often without any input, knowledge, or understanding from us. Our belief can hold us back; and we have no idea of why we are being held back or why we can't move forward. But, it's belief.
To change we must first change our belief. If we work on our belief, conscious and subconscious, our lives can change. A change of belief is a change of life itself. That is why we can change our life in an instant.
Thoughts are things, and thoughts are the most important things, as life, our lives, flow from our thoughts. When we think a thing to be true, it's a belief and it becomes true for us. Our truth is what guides our lives. It doesn't have to be true for another, just for us.
Abraham Lincoln appeared to be a failure to those who knew how many times he failed and lost at so many items he attempted. He did not see himself as a failure and he believed in himself. Hence, he became the President of the United States. Without belief, knowing he could, believing he could, it would not have happened.
Start with your thoughts. Start with WHY, WHY I can, WHY I am good enough, write it out, think our loud. Write it down. If it resonates, if you can believe it, it can be. Sure, it can be a stretch. But, if you can think it, you can believe it, then you can achieve it.
Chose your beliefs carefully, they are your life. Change your beliefs and you change your life. What are your beliefs?
