JINSA's EMP Task Force will hold a lunch panel event on Capitol Hill on November 5 to discuss its report that assesses the spectrum of electromagnetic threats to the United States, and provides actionable recommendations to enhance U.S. strategic deterrence, critical infrastructure and societal resiliency against these threats.
