Vacation Bible School Meeting This Sunday!
Meeting for all VBS Volunteers
12:30, Sunday, June 19 in Trinity Room

Sign up for Warner's VBS, June 27-July 1, 9:00 to Noon.    The theme for this year is "Come to God's Table Where All Will Be Fed".  During the week, along with Bible lessons, music, recreation, and snack, the children will be preparing to present the musical, Stone Soup as the culminating activity on Friday.  Registration and brochures for children can be picked up outside of the C.E. Office or downloaded at www.warnermemorial.org.
Help Support Our Music Program This Sunday
PERGOLISI Music is an integral part of worship at Warner Church.  It ushers us into service, calms and inspires us during the worship hour, and sends us off into a busy workweek with blessings and joy.  The music and worship commission manages to provide this beautiful service despite working on a very limited budget.  Please consider honoring the music at Warner by offering, in addition to your generous giving, a gift from the heart just once this month.  It could go a long way to supporting the music program and "right sizing' our budget.
Two-Cents-A-Meal At Work
Where do hungry kids go?  During the school year, many children receive free or reduced-price breakfasts and lunches at school.  But where do they go in the summer when there's no school?  The Capital Area Food Bank operates the Kids Café program, where over 2000 children and teens go daily for nutritious food after school AND during the summer. In June and July, the local portion of our Two Cents a Meal offering is being sent to help support the Kids Café program.  Please drop some money in the red wagon for these kids this Sunday.  Thank you!
You Can Help With Warner's 2016 Mission Trip
You can take part in Warner's Mission Trip from home! We ask every person who is part of Warner's congregation to support Warner's Mission Trip with prayers for the Work Team and also prayers for the persons whose homes will be repaired by those seeking to be God's hands at work in the Johnstown area of Pennsylvania. Also, if you would like to make a financial contribution to support the work and workers, someone will be available at our Fellowship Hour throughout the month of June to accept, with gratitude, any amount that you would care to give. Thank you!

There will be an important Meeting after church next Sunday, June 26. All those who plan to be part of the work team going on the Mission Trip to Johnstown, PA, July 10-16, please come to the meeting at 12:30 in the Youth Room on June 26. Note: All paperwork should be completed and submitted by that date. Any questions? Contact Ina Rae Kramer or Ty Bragg
Make Some Music at Warner This Summer!
SUMMER SINGERS
Everyone is invited to drop in on the Summer Singers - Warner's pickup choir that will sing for Sunday services 4 times this summer, including next Sunday, June 26, July 17, July 31 and August 14. We will sing easy anthems that can be rehearsed at the 10:30 warm-up time each week.  All are welcome - especially if you have not been a regular choir member!  Come join the fun and fellowship!

Do you have a musical talent that you'd like to share this summer?  If you'd like to serve as a vocal or instrumental soloist during a service this summer, please contact Peter Smeallie.

HUNGRY BARREL
Show your love for the less fortunate of the area by bringing food for the "For I Was Hungry" barrel this Sunday. The MUM (Mid County United Ministries) pantry is in particular need of cereal, 1 lb. bags of rice and cans of black beans.

STEPHEN MINISTRY When is the time we need God's love the most? Of course, we need that love every second of every day. But there are times when His love is especially precious to us: when we are seriously ill, or we lose a loved one, or life becomes to confusing that we do not know where to turn, or when depression sets in. Our congregation has trained lay people, Stephen Ministers, who offer a ministry of Christian caring. To find out more about Stephen Ministry, please speak to Barbara Jaquette or Rev. Hill.
