New Myofascial Release Therapy Class Schedule

The first round of complimentary Myofascial (MFR) classes have wrapped up and thanks to some great feedback the class material has been refined and we've added a new session to our schedule specifically tailored for the 9-5 hero!

During this 4-week session we will be delving into the most common issues that can stem from a lifestyle where extended periods of sitting and poor posture are the norm. You will increase your knowledge on proper posture and body mechanics and will learn simple self-care techniques that can be used to relieve and prevent these often times chronic issues. Each of these techniques can be done in less than 5 minutes, making it easier for you to relax and renew throughout your day. The material covered is presented in a cumulative manner but each class is independently valuable. Reward yourself with the gift of health!
