Certificates issued from your office on behalf of MOVING AND STORAGE customers are to be sent to the following email address:

certificates@paulhanson.com

Please do NOT send copies of certificates issued from your office to processing@paulhanson.com.

IMPORTANT:

  • Certificates do NOT amend the policy.
  • It is YOUR responsibility to check your Acord certificate to endorse policy changes.
  • In order to amend any policy terms and conditions submit an accord change request to: processing@paulhanson.com.
