Hi Everyone!

Welcome to December! I'm excited about this issue because I'm practicing "clearing my desk" and it's chock full of the ideas and resources that I haven't shared with you in the past, and always wanted to. To make December even more special, I'm featuring two people who have volunteered above and beyond to help the troops, and I want you to meet them. Finally, and most exciting of all, is the announcement about the new book on reunion and reintegration that I'm currently researching, and I'm putting out the call for YOUR ideas, stories and resources. Page one describes the process and what you receive in return for sharing what works for you, and a direct link to submit ideas.
