New for Spring 2015: Class Schedules by Email
No more confusion on the first day of the semester because you lost or forgot to print out your class schedule! Prior to the start of classes, you will receive an email containing your class schedule, as well as the drop dates for each class. Additionally, when you log into InSite, your will see your class schedule on the left side of the page under "Manage my security settings".

Wait List Reminders

Once classes begin on January 12, you will no longer be able to add your name to a wait list. However, you may attend a class to see whether the instructor will give you a Late Add Code. To use a Late Add Code, go to WebAdvisor and select "Late Registration (using Add Codes)" to register for your class.

You must officially register by the last day to add classes. You do not need to stand in line if you have a Late Add Code. Always go to "My Class Schedule" to verify that the Late Add Code worked and you are officially enrolled in the class.

Are you receiving important emails?
All official communications from the college go to your InSite email account. The best way to make sure you don't miss any important email is to forward your InSite email to your personal email address. You can set up email forwarding on the InSite Portal.
Got questions?

Financial Aid News

Satisfactory Academic Progress

After each semester, The Office of Financial Aid must check to see if students have met minimum academic and progress requirements for the previous semester. This is called the Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy (SAP).

At the discretion of the Financial Aid Office, students who have met the minimum academic requirements of the SAP Policy while on Financial Aid Probation for the Fall 2014 semester, may be considered for automatic continuance of their "probation" status for the Spring 2015 semester. An automatic continuance of probation means you do not need to submit an appeal for the Spring 2015 semester. If you received financial aid in Fall 2014, look out for an email regarding your SAP status this month. See more information about the CCCCD SAP Policy.

Spring 2015 Appeal Dates

The Office of Financial Aid will begin accepting appeals on January 20.  The Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) quiz will also become available on that date. The deadline for all appeals and the SAP quiz is April 6, 2015.
