Important Reminders for Student Veterans

Flags Enrollment Certification Request

Once you have registered for your fall courses, be sure to submit an "LMC Veteran's Enrollment Certification Request and Change Notification" to the Admissions and Records Office so your units can be certified through the Veterans Administration online system.  This form will also be used to notify LMC Veterans Services of any changes in unit status, courses, academic objective, withdrawals, and/or address.  Prompt submission of this form will ensure that all student veterans and dependents are certified in a timely manner. The form is available through the Admissions & Records Forms webpage.

VA Education Plan

All student veterans and dependents must have a "VA Education Plan" on file in order to maintain your certification of benefits. If you do not have a current education plan on file and/or if you have recently changed your major and educational goal, call the Counseling Office at (925) 473-7449 to schedule a counseling appointment. Be sure to tell the person who makes your appointment that you have a VA file in the Admissions and Records office.

Who is your Education Services Rep?

Beginning immediately, VA Education Services will be handled alphabetically by last name.  Remember, student veterans and dependents may meet with their Education Services Representative by appointment only:

(925) 473-7498

Rikki Hall
