NATIONAL FEDERATION OF PARALEGAL ASSOCIATIONS (NFPA®) ANNOUNCES
2012 PARALEGAL OF THE YEAR AWARD
Edmonds, WA - December 20, 2012 - The National Federation of Paralegal Associations, Inc. ("NFPA") is pleased to announce that Kimberly Major of Golden, CO, has been selected as the NFPA Paralegal of the Year.
Kimberly Major is a Commercial Paralegal with MillerCoors LLC in Golden,
Colorado, specializing in marketing/promotion and intellectual property and has been a paralegal for over 20 years. Ms. Major volunteers numerous hours with several local agencies and programs, including a role of a Victim Advocate with a local police department, Emergency Medical Technician and Response Team member, Project Homeless Connect, Relay for Life and the Susan G. Komen Foundation. She has been a member of the Rocky Mountain Paralegal Association ("RMPA") since 2008. Ms. Major received a Bachelor of Science degree (Criminal Justice) from Metropolitan State College and her Paralegal Certificate from the Community College of Denver.
