Welcome back to a brand new school year!  We hope you enjoyed a relaxing summer, and are excited that the new academic year is upon us. New JIST Career Exploration Inventory - EZ!
Our recent partnership with JIST Publishing has enabled us make available for purchase a great new resource exclusively for users! Now individuals can access the Career Exploration Inventory - EZ Online! 
This fun and interactive self-assessment asks users about 96 different activities to gauge past, present, and future interest in them. The Career Exploration Inventory - EZ automatically totals the results, and connects individuals' interests to the 16 career clusters. With this information, they can begin creating a plan for three major areas of life - work, leisure, and education. 
Coming September - Our New Career Exploration Course!

We are very excited to release our new Career Exploration Course next month! It is an interactive, comprehensive career guidance and counseling resource perfect for middle and high school students. The course guides individuals to make clear and informed choices for college and career readiness in the areas of personal interests, goal setting, career planning, and post-secondary options. Students get to explore a broad range of careers, evaluate the rewards of different career pathways, and review the skills needed in the 21st century workplace.

This 15 module course is based on CTE and Common Core Standards, and is SCORM-compliant using the Moodle platform. To learn more, please contact Candace at or call 888-908-4924 ext 2.
New Pop Quizzes!

We are in the process of upgrading and adding new features and interactive functionality to A brand new feature we are pleased to introduce is our job shadow quizzes.

Now, after watching the videos and checking out the career info, students can take a quick 5 question quiz that checks how well they were paying attention. Keep in mind that these aren't tough SAT questions or anything like that!  It's just a fun way to get students thinking about what they've learned, and help determine whether they want to dig in and learn more about each career.
Expanded Online Magazine Offerings!

We've created some great new online magazines that help prepare students for college and career! Our expanded offerings cover a wide range of critically important topics like Job Shadowing, Soft Skills, Creating a Resume, Interviewing Tips and many more!

There are now 12 different magazines available, updated constantly with fabulous content. Instead of having to spend time sorting through hundreds of sources, you and your students can log in and find the magazines right on the Dashboard, or easily subscribe and get the latest updates automatically sent via Twitter, Facebook, or LinkedIn. Let us do the work!
New In Box Messaging System Is Here
Educators can now send direct messages to students on the website. This new feature makes it easy to assign job shadow playlists, or the new CEI- EZ Assessment (see above for more info). Login to see how it works!
