"The charity that is a trifle to us can be precious to others." -Homer |
Jackson Family Chiropractic is the Chamber's in-lobby display for the next two weeks. In addition to a free 30-minute massage giveaway and information about the $59 summer special, Dr. Jackson included some stellar information about how chiropractic health leads to good health throughout the body. In reading these materials, it is clear that Dr. Jackson's aim is one of caregiving; providing support and assistance to improve the lives of others. The Chamber knows this is a common thread for many of its members, and that is something to celebrate! Hartsville is full of caregivers, and the Chamber would like to recognize a few of them this week.

#OneForCoker Giving Challenge
Coker is challenging you - the friends, staff, faculty, family, and supporters who make it all possible - to come together in one day of giving. Mark your calendars: On June 26th, beginning at 12:00pm EST, they are kicking off their first-ever one-day giving challenge! If they reach their $10,000 goal within 24 hours, an anonymous donor has volunteered to give another $10,000 in support of life-changing education. There are two ways you can help:
1. Give - On the 26th, the donation website will go live and we'll release the link on coker.edu and our social media pages. $10 or $1,000, any amount makes a difference.
2. Share - Share, tweet or email-starting now, help us spread the word about #OneForCoker! Your one gift can make a big difference, because together, we are all for one and #OneForCoker.
