"Finishing races is important, but racing is more important."- Dale Earnhardt
|
Ladies and gentlemen: start your engines! Speed is the name of the game this weekend, as the Bojangles' Southern 500 promises to electrify our city with an influx of race fans ready to take in all we have to offer. Hartsville's great hotels and restaurants will be working double-time to provide the speedy service that Hartsvillians have come to expect. Our excellent shopping centers and specialty boutiques will need to work with pit crew-like precision in order to handle the crowds of excited shoppers. Speed is important in all business - speed of service, speed in adapting to new technology, and speed in keeping up with changing standards.
To help you keep up with changing times and professional standards, our new member segment this week features Della's Apron. This new community asset provides professional education and training specializing in child care. Get up to speed on this great new business - more info below!
We at the Chamber hope you'll be racing over to Cargill Way and Burry Park this Saturday for FanFest 500, then slow down for a spell and spend some time enjoying all the activities! There will be gaming, goodies, and great local vendors all in one place - you won't want to miss it!
