Happy Valentine's Day! From my heart to yours.... May your capacity for love and connection go always deeper...
This has been a very busy time for me. I have experienced by daughter Molly's Bat Mitzvah, the double birthday of my oldest and youngest, and so it goes on and on. Can you relate?
What does feel new to me, and I am really happy to be able to say this, is that I am walking through my life with much more joy. Real Joy! I don't think I really understood what that meant before. But what beautiful celebrations, what beautiful family, so much gratitude and joy!
So this is another important point I am learning in Reorganizational Healing, if you do not allow yourself to feel, or you do not have access to feel, then the feeling gets hidden under the rug, and takes up space, so that you feel less of the good stuff too.
Reorganizational Healing is designed to help us all get more connected, discover our stories, reorganize them, and create the life we are meant to live. This takes courage. It takes determination. It takes a thirst for the truth. Or it could be a very small whisper, leading you to the courage and determination.
I am a glutton for the truth, and I will do whatever it takes to get there. So thank you for participating in this work. This month, let's up the ante. Let's reach for more. Let's go further.
