All healthcare licenses have been received and the final touches are being added to the beautiful interior spaces and garden courtyard of Stuart Lodge. Very soon the first residents who get to call Stuart Lodge home will start moving in.

Jack Welch, former General Electric CEO who increased the company's value by 4,000 percent during his 20 years in leadership, is known as a blunt-to-a-fault, unconventional leader. While he stands only 5-foot-8, everything about him seems large: his ideas, his commitment to them and his ability to make others embrace them.
In a recent interview he blasted the ever popular notion of business mentors, decried managers who blithely embrace across-the-board raises and across-the-board anything, and insists that running a business isn't solely about making money.
"If work is just going in every day and getting a check, it's an ugly life." he said. "When you can make work a meaningful purpose, you've hit the jackpot for people. When you can make them love coming to work, proud of their work, think it has a purpose, that's what it's all about." Further, he says that people should pursue their passions.
