Osprey Lodge Hosts Its 1st
Gingerbread House Contest
Chef Ryan, Kittie and Sue were all instrumental in building relationships with several local schools' culinary arts departments by hosting a Gingerbread House Contest during the Christmas holiday.
The culinary students submitted entries that were uniquely designed and beautifully presented. The contest winners took home cash prizes for their creative efforts, and Lodge residents were thrilled to be supporting the great chefs of tomorrow.

How Good Are Your
Public Speaking Skills?
Few would argue that one of the richest men in the world is Warren Buffett. Even as a young man first starting out in the securities business, he understood the importance of public speaking. He also realized the need to be comfortable speaking in front of people if he hoped to win clients. Still public speaking terrified him.
Conquering this fear was accomplished in part by enrolling in public speaking classes and forcing himself to teach night courses at a local community college. He now considers public speaking the most important skill for anyone who hopes to enjoy a successful carer in business.
