THE WACKY PATH TO INNOVATION
One of our greatest strengths at Living Well Lodges is our innovation. We are teaching all of our teams that everything, from staff services to the physical environment of our Lodges, is always up for improvement.
The challenge for most people is that they too often hear "just do your job", which discourages them from engaging outside the box. At Living Well Lodges we encourage our team to bring us their quirky ideas and seemingly impossible imaginings. If you put a fence around people you only get sheep.
