Fun in Memory Care at The Lodge!
On May 5th the Memory Care residents had a great time celebrating Cinco de Mayo. While the video below seems to show me dancing the Flamingo, I don't remember that at all!

An Aha Moment!
The definition of an entrepreneur is a person with a dream and no roadmap to show how the idea will be accomplished. Our team often discusses a dream of changing the quality of adult care across the United States - somehow. The story below could be a small part of our roadmap.
A lady approached me stating that she lived in another community a few miles away, and that the Boy Scouts were coming to visit them very soon. I said I thought that was great, as 60 scouts plus their family members had just held an awards event at Osprey. This I was told she already knew because she had seen a video of the event on The Osprey Lodge website. It was shared that she had gotten together with fellow residents and met with their community's director to use our video as leverage for having more community events in their care home.
Wow! I took this story to the team and discussed what could be an extraordinary way to ignite changes in the adult care industry. As seniors use the web to discover greater opportunities, it will force all care companies to raise their standards. Love discovering the roadmap - AHA!
