Our Philosophy  

Trust and integrity are the mainstays of developing teams at the Lodge.  As we develop our culture, it is amazing how everyday even the smallest decisions present themselves as opportunities to lead by example.

To encourage residents to stay hydrated, there are refrigerators strategically located around the Lodge. Last week a question arose as to whether or not employees should be allowed to purchase beverages, and if so, how much they should pay; or, if we should place a drink machine in the break room.  Our cultural directive forced us to ask, "Is it in the best interest of our employees?" Here's where we ended up. On the "honor system", every employee is allowed one beverage a day from the refrigerator of their choice - no questions asked.
