We are excited to announce that we closed on our third Lodge this week, Stuart Lodge, a three-story Assisted Living Facility that will be built on three acres in the city of Stuart, Florida. This advanced state of the art community will bring unparalleled compassionate care for area seniors.
The expected completion date of the Stuart Lodge project is January 2014.

Crane's View Lodge's "Mary Ann"
One of the pet therapy dogs for the Clermont Lodge arrived yesterday from North Carolina. This "Mary Ann" will be raised at Osprey Lodge with her older sister, the first "Mary Ann", and Ginger, the golden retriever.
Osprey Lodge residents have graciously volunteered to help get this cutie ready for her future home at the Clermont, Florida Lodge.

Pauline "Dear Abbey" Phillips

Dear Abby: I have always wanted to have my family history traced, but I can't afford to spend a lot of money to do it. Have you any suggestions?
Dear M. J. B.: Yes. Run for a public office
Nearly 60 years ago Pauline Phillips was the housewife who was looking for more to do with her life than play mah-jongg, and transformed herself into the syndicated columnist Dear Abby. Millions were entertained and informed by her tart, no nonsense advise column each day. Her columns have been collected in several book-length anthologies, including "Dear Abby on Marriage" (1962) and "The Best of Dear Abby" (1981). From 1963 to 1975, she also had a daily "Dear Abby" program on CBS Radio.
Mrs. Phillips died at the age of 94 this Wednesday in Minneapolis. She had lived with Alzheimer's for more than a decade.
