Spring Forward:
Hey everyone, Zack Davis here, and I want to talk to you today about Spring Forward since it is coming up this weekend. Now, when I talk about spring forward I am not talking about the time, I am talking about taking action and springing forward into your health. Lifestyle, meaning the habits you carry each day, is a HUGE factor in your overall health.
So how do I change my lifestyle? That's a great question, and the answer is actually easier than you might think. Most people who are unhappy with their bodies are really only holding on to a few bad habits. Once these habits are identified and then replaced with

healthy habits their body naturally transforms.
Here are the most prevalent unhealthy habits:
1. The habit of inactivity. Failing to exercise on a consistent basis is one of the most destructive obstacles for your health and figure. (The key here is consistent. If you aren't exercising at least 3-4 times each week then you own this habit.)
2. The habit of overeating. Consuming calories in excess of your daily caloric needs.
3. The habit of empty calories. Filling your diet with foods that hold little to no nutritional value is a great way to expand your waist. (Hint: foods made up of mostly sugar is the biggest one)
4. The habit of procrastination. Each day you procrastinate the farther and farther you get from your goals.
The good news is that all of these habits can be broken. If you're ready to truly change not only your body, but your mind too all you have to do is commit to making better choices one day at a time.
