Summer Camp
It is hard to believe that we were swimming in the big lake just a short time ago. From Hike and Bike week, to Music Camp, Food week, Outdoor Adventure, and two Waterworld weeks, we explored land, sea, and mind while having an awesome time! We concocted our own ice cream flavor, created gourmet PB&Js, wrote and performed original music, climbed many dunes, and went swimming almost every day. We can't help but reflect on all of our memories as we look forward to a great school year and another amazing summer only nine months away!

 New Faces!
Vickie (right): Hello SEEDS Friends! I am a new face here in Frankfort! I moved Up North from Indianapolis, Indiana in time to help with summer camp. I had a great time meeting the kids and getting to know the staff. We had a blast dancing a flash mob at the beach! Currently, I am directing the Panther Prowl Dance Crew as well as the Spirit Club and Frankfort Film Club. I am looking forward to a fun fall here in Frankfort!
Wakako (left): Thanks Vickie! I am a second new face in Frankfort! I moved here this summer from Iowa City, Iowa where I spent the past six years teaching fourth and fifth grade. This year, I am so pleased to be coordinating academic support and tutoring after school at Frankfort's Jr. Sr. High School. Everyone in the school, staff and students, has been welcoming and so helpful. Thank you and I look forward to getting to know all of you soon!

Kickoff Event
This past Friday we celebrated our annual kickoff at the Frankfort homecoming football game. We had a great time making wood fired pizza for many hungry fans! Thank you for all of the support and donations to kick off another great year!
