Princeville Center on Kauai will welcome a new Italian fusion restaurant, Piazza, later this year. The eatery will feature delicious fresh, local, and organic fare and it will fill a need for quality dining in the area with meats, fish, vegetables and signature pizzas cooked in a wood fired oven. Piazza is locally owned by two families, one of which operates The Dolphin Restaurant Fish Market and Sushi Lounges in Hanalei & Poipu; and the other family operating the Healthy Hut Market and Café in Kilauea.
