Honolua Surf Company - Now Open
This popular
surf-clothing retailer has just opened its 15th Hawaii store at KOS. Billabong, Dakine, RVCA and VonZipper are some of the brands carried by the Billabong-owned chain. The company was named after the mystical bay found on the Hawaiian Island of Maui's western shore.
Signature Galleries Ko Olina - Now Open
Visitors to
Ko Olina will now be able to take home even more work by their favorite artists.
Signature Gallery Group has opened two separate galleries at the development: Wyland Gallery at Ko Olina Station and Signature Galleries/DeRubeis Fine Art of Metal at Ko Olina Center.
Wyland Gallery offers originals and reproductions of works in various media by the renowned marine life artist.

This gallery also features the work of other well-known ocean-lifestyle artists like painter
Heather Brown and photographer Clarke Little. Signature Galleries and DeRubeis Fine Art of Metal are open in two adjoining spaces, currently featuring the unique painted metal forms of mixed-media artist
Chris DeRubeis. 
DeRubeis' award-winning style has been called 'Abstract Sensualism', a new movement in art today.

Monkeypod Kitchen - Expanding Services
Very strong sales from both visitors and locals have inspired
Monkeypod Kitchen owner and Chef Peter Merriman to expand the eatery's service to include weekend brunch. "Sales have far exceeded projections at Monkeypod, Ko Olina," said Beall Corp president Cory Beall. The casual, fun restaurant has bolstered traffic to the area including neighboring businesses such as Island Vintage Coffee, Pineapples Boutique and The Plantation.
Pizza Corner - Wins Award
Ko Olina's very own
Pizza Corner garnered high praise by winning first place in its regional heat at the International Pizza Competition held in Las Vegas in March. The eatery's entry was their The Original Hawaiian Poke Pizza.
