On Oahu,Arancino at The Kahala
is now open for dinner seven nights a week at the Kahala Hotel & Resort.

In Kaimuki, 12th Ave Grill
is nearing completion with an early October opening date at 1120 12th Avenue,

At Royal Hawaiian Center, Silver Rhino
is open for business at its new location in the heart of Waikiki. Also at the center, Whitetag,
a fashion boutique for men and women that features designer brands, has opened a 'preview' store while it works on a larger space to where it will eventually relocate. Beall Corp
represented the tenants in both of these signings. Honolulu Gourmet
has signed a lease for a products-of-Hawaii store at the Pacific Beach Hotel,
directly across from one of the most popular beaches in Waikiki. Owner Jill Lee, who has a salad dressing line by the same name, plans to offer packaged Hawaii products that have been popular at local Farmer's Markets to visitors in an accessible retail location. She is expected to open in late August. Ko Olina Station and Ko Olina Center,
are reaching full occupancy with several new openings and signings. Pizza Corner, Yuzu Sushi, Hawaiian Fire
and Island Vintage Coffee
are all open for business, or will be this month, making the center a definite draw for families visiting the Ko Olina Resort.
Coastal themed gift boutique, The Plantation
, has started their build-out while Wyland Galleries
and Oceans of Art

are coming soon to Queens' MarketPlace,
