Beall Corp on the Move in 2013, New Openings

Beall Corp specializes in the leasing development and management of retail real estate in Hawaii with integrity, creativity and a passion for our community. This past year has been an especially productive time for The Beall Corporation and we are pleased to officially announce our move to 1120 12th Avenue, the former home of the Victoria Inn. As you've read in our newsletter, the revitalization of the building is well underway. Renovations are completed on two of the three floors, with 12th Avenue Grill scheduled to open this summer. The dust from our own renovations has settled and we couldn't be happier as both tenant and landlord of such an iconic Kaimuki landmark. We look forward to seeing you in our neighborhood soon!

Darren Lake Promoted to VP
In keeping with our mission of serving the retail market in Hawaii, we are proud to announce the promotion of Darren Lake to Vice President. Darren will oversee brokerage activity and assist with development for our growing client base. Now Leasing Lanihau Center, Kailua-Kona
Beall Corp is now leasing Lanihau Center, located in the heart of Kailua-Kona on the Big Island. This 88,300 square foot center serves as a vital destination for the residents and visitors to this historic seaside town. Major anchor tenants include Longs Drugs and Sack N Save alongside popular restaurants and service providers like KFC, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, L&L Drive Inn and Supercuts to name just a few. Waikiki Openings
Beall Corp continues to be active representing tenants and landlords in Waikiki. Ultimate shoe and slipper retailer Island Sole is now open on Kalakaua Avenue at the Pacific Beach Hotel. The retail spaces on the ground floor of this hotel are conveniently located directly across from Waikiki Beach on Kalakaua Avenue, one of the busiest shopping corridors in the world. The Beall Corporation represented Silver Rhino jewelry in their recently signed lease at Royal Hawaiian Center where it will open it's new location this spring, and Rome-based fashion boutique, Brandy Melville opened at 280 Beach Walk in January.
