Greetings!
Achieving the well-known 3Cs (communication, coordination, and cooperation) to reduce time and costs in resolving utility conflicts will be more likely with the new tools and methods developed in SHRP 2 Project R15B (Identification of Utility Conflicts and Solutions). The Texas A&M Transportation Research Institute, which conducted the research, developed an article and two videos about their work in this project. Both can be found on the following page.
