Louis del Sarte's " Spirit of Harlem'' wall mosaic that was commissioned in 2005 by Norfolk Bank has livened up the corner of what became Capital One (125th Street and Frederick Douglass Boulevard) for the last 10 years. Capital One has now relocated to the adjacent corner and the storefront is currently vacant. This is a great example of how to use dead space in commercial footprints to brand 125th Street as a cultural destination. "
