Major Branding Opportunities on 125th
On December 8th and 9th, the 125th Street BID traveled downtown to participate in the ICSC Deal Making Conference at the Javits Center. Special thanks to Aloft Harlem Hotel representative, Aquaria Harley who assisted in manning our booth. The BID showcased new developments and retail opportunities with a large stand alone banner and a takeaway handout that also included a development summary and a 3 year annual comparison of pedestrian footfall counts in our district. CBRE, Lee and Associates, Winick, L&M and others were showing conference attendees available retail for lease on the ground, lower, second and third floor levels.
