August 10-September 21
Please consider donating a new backpack for a Russell School student. Drop off backpacks or donate money. Look for us at coffee hour or drop off your donation to the church office. Make checks payable to Hancock Church, memo "backpacks." All items will be distributed to the Russell School the week of September 1st and 21st. Sponsored by the Christian Service Committee. Volunteer for the Interfaith Garden!

The Interfaith Garden is flourishing, and there's more and more to pick and deliver to the Lexington Food Pantry. Come check it out. Better yet, be part of the Hancock team that works alongside others from the community. It's fun, uplifting, and no prior experience is needed!

Hancock Volunteers are scheduled to work at the garden on:
Saturday, August 16, 8-9:30am
Saturday, August 23, 8-9:30am

And if these times don't work, there are many other times when extra help is needed. To sign up or get more info, contact Amy Swanon, swanamy5@gmail.com.
