Who will be the faces of the staff this summer?? It could be YOU! Applications for the 2013 Camping Season for Staff Positions are currently being accepted. If you have the skills needed and desire to spend your summer in a loving and giving Christian environment (and get paid besides!) then one of the following positions might be the right match for you: 

 

 

Counselor Supervisor

Maintenance Staff

Counselors (male and female)  

Lifeguards (male and female)

 

Applications for all positions should be sent to the camp Executive Director.

We are currently accepting applications for all positions including Counselor Supervisor, maintenance, counselors and lifeguards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Must be a high school graduate or equivalent and one of the following:

a.  Must be at least 19 years old or,

 

b.  At least 18 years old with 2 years of volunteer counseling experience and/or Counselor-In Training experience in the Covenant Hills Camping program or,

 

c. At least 18 years old with one year paid staff experience in the Covenant Hills camping program and a recommendation from the Supervising Counselor or Executive Director.  

  1. Must have the ability to perform the duties as outlined under ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS.

 


Maintenance Staff

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Must be at least 18 years old.

  2. Must have the ability to perform the duties as outlined under ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS.

  3. Must be open to campers making a commitment to God.

  4. Must present self as a positive role model by demonstrating a Christian lifestyle.

  5. Must be willing to actively support the Christian camping program.

MINIMUM

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  1. Must be a high school graduate or equivalent and one of the following:

a.  Must be at least 19   years old or,

 

b. at least 18 years old with 2 years of volunteer counseling experience and/or Counselor-in training experience in the Covenant Hills Camping program or,

 

c. At least 18 years old with one year paid staff experience in the Covenant Hills camping program and a recommendation from the Supervising Counselor or Executive Director.

  1. Must have current certifications in life guarding, standard first aid, community CPR, and Basic Life Support for the Professional Rescuer.

3.  Must have the ability to perform the duties as outlined under ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS.
