Memories Made on 6th Annual Camping Trip
The 6th annual Saint Clement camping trip at Blackwell Forest Preserve was a huge success. Despite the torrential downpour on Saturday afternoon, we still had a great turnout. The weather cleared and it was a beautiful evening with walks through the trails, fishing along the late, and bubble blowing. There were some veteran camping trip attendees as well as some welcomed new faces. Father Peter celebrated mass and parishioner Rob Svenden yet again generously provided the burgers and hot dogs for the potluck dinner. Everyone had a great time!

Capital Campaign Dollars at Work
Work has already begun on some of the projects outlined in our To Teach Who Christ Is brochure, thanks to your generous donations and funds received from fulfilled pledges.
Projects include new heating and air conditioning in the north wing of the school, while new windows for the future priests' residence have been ordered. Work on the Rose Window at the church will begin soon.
Pledges for the To Teach Who Christ Is are still being accepted. You can schedule a donation via credit card or automatic withdrawal, or via check by filling out a commitment card. Contact Heather Kracik or Kim Carter if you have any questions.
Thank you for your generous support!

The next information session will be offered Sept. 9 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel. Our first RCIA session will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 23. The sessions are open to anyone who is interested in learning more about the process of becoming Catholic, whether you have never been baptized, were baptized in another Christian tradition, or were baptized Catholic and are seeking First Communion and Confirmation.

If you are an adult who was baptized Catholic and has received your First Eucharist but were never confirmed, now is your chance! Saint Clement Parish will be celebrating the Sacrament of Confirmation for adults on Tuesday, Dec. 2. The formation program will be held on Wednesday nights from 7:00-9:00 p.m. starting Sept. 17. Learn more and register online.
