Once again MCPRS ranks among the Top 125 training companies in the United States.   This year we ranked 105.   This ranking is based on myriad benchmarking statistics such as total training budget; percentage of payroll; number of training hours per employee program; goals, evaluation, measurement, and workplace surveys; hours of training per employee annually; and detailed formal programs. Group Home 144thChris

Secondary to further cuts in funding for individuals served through the Medicaid Waiver program, MCPRS made a difficult decision to close the 144th ct. group home as of 6/11/13. Of the 5 individuals residing at the 144th ct. group home, 3 of them transferred into existing vacancies within our ICF/DD facilities and 2 individuals chose to live in a Medicaid Waiver group home operated by another provider. The transition for all of the individuals into their new residences went extremely well. All of the 144th ct. personnel who desired continued employment with MCPRS were also able to transfer into identical existing staff vacancies within the ICF/DD facilities.
