"Verticals-R-Us"?? OK, we did Rubicon from the mid-80's and a string of 4 Cannubi Baroli last week. Now we give credence & credit to one of our favorite Colorado wineries: Verso Cellars
Verso is a "Cabernet Specialist"; Paul makes only Cabs. Palisade fruit from higher elevation E. Orchard Mesa. 100% French oak. A special mix of 6 cab "clones". These wines have a roasted cherry quality, and they have matured very nicely. You may be surprised. Come see what Colorado can do!
