We have been excited for this tasting all month! "Capture" is a an ultra-premium winegrowing estate on Pine Mountain in the Alexander Valley. It is the special project of Denis Malbec, who used to make 1st Growth Bordeaux icon, Chateau Latour.

Our host for the tasting is Frank Seidl, an Advanced Court of Master's Sommelier (who hopes to earn the rare title of "Master Sommelier" early next year). He has known the owners of Capture Winery for many years, and is the reason we have these wines in Colorado today. Capture Winery has been the darling of the "Master Somm" circles since their first vintage, and we can think of no one better to escort us through this lineup than Frank.

This is a Graves-style Sauv Blanc that has a wonderful mouth-feel and whose quality belies the price. 100% stainless. Lovely.
