In this case the "minds" are the eponymous Barolo Grill and your very own City Wine. Blair Taylor, as many of you know, imports his own portfolio of Italian wines for his restaurant and not surprisingly he has long wished for a retail "partner". Blair's concern was finding the right retailer, one with the ability to handle the myriad wines and to provide intelligent service to those customers of Barolo Grill looking to purchase the wines.
