Guy Gordon will emcee Oct. 6 PAC event

Back by popular demand! WDIV's Guy Gordon was such an engaging moderator at February's Reinventing Macomb PAC event, we had several requests for an encore performance!

Guy has graciously agreed to again serve as moderator for the next Macomb County Chamber PAC event, scheduled Oct. 6 at Gowanie Golf Club in Harrison Township.

Utica Community Schools is planning its first ever Career Fair for students enrolled in their English as a Second Language courses. A limited number of free employer booths are available for the event, scheduled Oct. 22 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Walsh Community Education Center in Sterling Heights. If you are interested in reserving a spot, please contact the Macomb County Chamber at 586.493.7600.   

 

The St. Clair Shores Fun Fest and Expo is Oct. 4. Businesses can call to reserve a free display space to showcase your company. 

 

Big Family of Michigan will host its largest fundraiser of the year on October 16 at the San Marino Club in Troy. The event features dinner and silent and live auctions.  All proceeds will support the programs and operations of Big Family of Michigan, a nonprofit organization that serves the needs of Michigan's foster children and young adults through programs that provide the children the chance they deserve for happy, productive lives.
