Put your business on the MAP!

The Macomb County Chamber has partnered again with NovoPrint USA to update our official community map. Our last map for the area was created in 2009. We are long overdue for a new map to showcase our communities and businesses.

This publication will be possible only through the advertising support of our members.

The new map will be printed in full color and online in an interactive format that will link to the Chamber Website. The online map is Google integrated with driving directions and printable PDF files.

To see how this feature works, click this link to the Interactive Livonia Map:

http://www.1001-map.com/Map/Livonia/map/Livonia.map

This ALL NEW, full-color, multi-media map will provide Macomb County Chamber members an affordable opportunity to promote their business while showing their support for the community.

Besides the electronic link, 4,000 printed maps will be distributed throughout our area using acrylic displays with a QR code and laminated wall maps with QR codes in strategic locations. Our member sponsors will be represented in print, online and display exposure all for the price of one advertisement.

Please contact NovoPrint representative Vern Vierk for further information or to set an appointment to secure your spot on this exciting new project. A limited amount of advertising space is available on the map on a first-come, first serve basis.

Central Macomb Community Credit Union has introduced a Flood Relief Plan for residents affected by the August 11 flooding in Macomb County. Members with a consumer loan at CMCCU may be allowed to skip a payment, up to three months during a 12-month period.

Central Macomb is also offering:

o   Auto rates are as low as 1.79% APR* for 36 months.  By moving an auto loan to CMCCU, the first payment won't be due for 90 days, allowing for funds to be used on repairs caused by the flood.  (No flood documentation required.)

o   Debt consolidation with a Flood Relief Loan can help lower a monthly payment. Members can also borrow up to $15,000 without collateral with a Flood Relief Loan for as low as 6.99% APR* for 60 months. This may be a viable option to replace household items, carpeting or items not covered by flood insurance. Offer valid through Sept. 19, 2014.
