All Things Green: Energy Savings for Business is May 20

Businesses looking to reduce energy costs and building operating expenses have a one-stop information resource at All Things Green 2014: Energy Savings for Business, scheduled on Tuesday, May 20, at the IBEW-NECA Electrical Industry Training Center at 2277 East 11 Mile Road in Warren.

This year's event, which is geared to small and mid-sized businesses, puts a special emphasis on how to get the financing to turn energy saving projects into realities and includes green products and technology displays from industry-leading companies.

Registration and exhibits open at 8 a.m. The program starts at 8:30 a.m. and wraps up at 12:15 p.m. A breakout session, "Careers in Energy", geared specifically to students and educators, immediately follows the general sessions.

Event sponsors are General Motors, Macomb Community College's Center for Advanced Automotive Technology and the IBEW-NECA Electrical Industry Training Center and media sponsor GreeningDetroit.

Tickets for the half-day event are $10. Register online and view the full conference agenda. For exhibit space or sponsorship opportunities, phone Jeffrey Wasser at (586) 493-7600.
