Free and open to the public. Registration required. Seating is limited.

 

The Nonprofit Resource Center is teaming up with the Tulsa Field Office of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to offer a half-day workshop and training session on grant writing.

 

C. Lyn Larson, a senior management analyst and trainer with HUD, will provide the bulk of the training, but you will also have the opportunity to learn about the treasure trove of resources at the library from Alyssa Dossett, Nonprofit Resource Center coordinator. 

 

The first half of the session will cover getting ready to write the grant, and the second half will highlight the art of constructing your grant proposal.

Mini Grants for Tulsa Art Teachers

 

The Higher Education Cultural Roundtable (HECR), a consortium of Tulsa-area colleges and universities, will award "mini-grants" ranging from $50 to $250 to assist with schools' arts and humanities expenses.
