CATHEDRAL NOTES

WELCOME TO THE REVEREND DAN WAGNER
Please join us as we welcome The Reverend Daniel Andrew Wagner, our new assistant to the Dean and Rector. Dan arrives as a newly ordained transitional deacon, with his first Sunday on the altar being June 29. He is a South Carolina native, a graduate of Newberry College and the College of Charleston, from which he earned a Master of Public Administration. He served the people of Charleston and Greenville, South Carolina in that capacity prior to receiving his call to the Episcopal priesthood. Dan received his Master of Divinity degree from The School of Theology at the University of the South in May, and, God willing, he will be ordained to the priesthood at the end of this year.

He will be living here in Mobile in D'Iberville Apartments, 208-C DeSales Avenue, where he is now getting settled. Please help him learn our names and make him feel welcome in the Cathedral Family.

CHRIST CHURCH CATHEDRAL MISSION

The Cathedral is the spiritual center of the Diocese of the Central Gulf Coast.  The Cathedral is a dynamic and evolving church that serves as a liturgical, educational, and pastoral center for Diocesan life. It serves as a visible symbol of unity and promotes growth, hope, and a deepening trust in the Lord. The Cathedral is a place where the Gospel of Jesus Christ will be faithfully preached and responded to, and it will model new concepts and ideas for education, evangelism, and outreach to which the Gospel calls us.
